Clocked in 840+ miles on the Vespa this weekend. Started Friday riding solo from the bowels of Los Angeles's world-famous San Fernando Valley, with a super-delayed departure due to a mixup in getting my new tires in. Rockin a new set of front and rear Heidenau K61's. Pushed through the 101 straight up into the East Bay, 8 hours of straight shot riding. Saturday morning Kat, Nickel and I loaded up and headed to SF proper to meet up with Basso and cruised CA-1 up to Manchester (~9 hours) and camped the night. On Sunday we cut through CA-128, and back down the 101 straight into a cloud of doom (fog) hovering in San Francisco while the rest of the west coast basked in sunshine. Made it back to the East Bay with just enough sunlight to unload the scoot.

Crazy, fun times. Super tired. It's epic trips like these that. are. awesome!
